Karabiner is a Sydney height access company. We design and install the systems that make a building maintainable, then we do the work that depends on them. Roof anchors, static lines, walkways, guardrails and davit systems. Building maintenance units. Facade inspection, cleaning and remedial work on ropes. Inspection, testing and certification of what is already installed.
Our clients are the people responsible for buildings: facility managers, strata managers, building owners, head contractors and asset teams. The work runs from commercial towers and residential strata in the Sydney CBD to data centres, defence facilities, water infrastructure and renewable energy sites across Australia.
Most of what we are asked to look at was installed by somebody else, often years ago and often with no paperwork behind it. That is normal, and it is where we usually start.
